Every item is made to order after your purchase is placed. Because orders may enter production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to stop or modify it.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds or replacements may be provided for issues including:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged or defective products
- Items lost in transit when confirmed by the carrier
- Other order concerns reviewed by our customer support team
